James flies high at the Northern Ireland Travel Awards

James fought off stiff competition from seven other candidates representing the five other Colleges.
He graduated from SRC in August with a distinction in his Foundation Degree Travel & Tourism Management and is currently working full time for Brack Tours, Newry as a Travel Planner and I.T Specialist.
James, who progressed onto the Foundation Degree on completion of the BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Travel and Tourism, secured this employment after a successful 6 month placement as part of his degree.
He also spent some time as a placement student at SRC’s i3 Business Development Centre with the i3 Tourism Research Lecturer and also with Kilkeel Development Association.
SRC is extremely proud of James’s success and would like to wish him continued success as he embarks on his studies at the University of Ulster, Coleraine, next year.
