McGinn calls for meeting to address road surface concerns

Fews area Sinn Féin Councillor Pat McGinn has confirmed that he has requested a meeting with Roads Service to address concerns that residents of the Cloughreagh area have in relation to the condition of the road running through the estate.
Speaking to Newry Times, McGinn stated,
“The bottom line is that the surface is in a disgraceful and unsafe condition and needs resurfacing as soon as possible. That is a view shared by myself.
“I have requested that a meeting is convened with Roads Service as soon as possible so that all Fews area elected representatives can convey there concerns about the issue.”
The local Councillor added, “The surface on Joe’s Road at Millvale will also be on the agenda”
